2.)  Alder Construction has been selected by TIMPANOGOS SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT as the CMGC PRECONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR for the TSSD PACKAGE C PROJECT.

Alder Construction is currently seeking bids from qualified suppliers for Thickening Centrifuges.  Sealed Bids will be received by Timpanogos Special Service District (TSSD) at the office of TSSD, 6400 North 5050 West, Utah County UT 84003, until 3:00 p.m. local time on, February 12th, 2025, at which time the bids will be evaluated as described in the Bidding and Contract Documents. The Project consists of the furnishing of Goods and Special Services for five (5) complete and fully functional thickening centrifuges, to be installed by a Contractor selected by TSSD.

It is anticipated that the procurement contract will be executed between CMGC (Alder) and the thickening centrifuge supplier.

Other requirements include; The Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wage Requirements, Apprenticeship Requirements (15%), American Iron and Steel (AIS), National Environmental Policy Act of 1969, Endangered Species Act, National Historic Preservation Act, National Term on Suspension and Debarment, Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Requirements on Federally Assisted Construction Contracts, Williams-Steiger Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, Discovery of Archaeological and Other Historical Items, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Prohibition on Certain Telecommunication and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment, Signage Requirements, SRF Required Forms by Section.  DBE, WBE and MBE Subcontractors are invited to participate in this project. Late bids and proposals will not be considered.

3.)  90% TSSD Package C Drawings, Specs and Details for the Digester Complex and Gas Upgrading Early Works Piles and Foundations for the upcoming bid can now be found at the following location:

Note that earlier Package C bid documents from earlier this year remain in their original folder.  The new files include the driven piles, lower level concrete of the Digester Complex, and the Gas Upgrade Foundation.  The bid date for this package has been set as Thursday December 19th, 2024, at 2:00PM MST.

This project will fall under the Buy America Build America, Apprenticeship, and certified payroll requirements.

**ALL SUBCONTRACTORS AND VENDORS WILL HAVE TO FOLLOW THESE REQUIREMENTS.**
