ABOUT
Alder Construction Company is a family owned general contractor that has focused on the construction of water treatment plants, wastewater treatment plants, pump stations and pipeline projects. Our roots in the water industry run deep, back to 1961 when Alder was awarded contracts to build a new water treatment plant and a new wastewater plant. Both projects were a great success and since that time, we have focused primarily on the water industry and have a long history of over 300 projects.

We continue to be a leader in this industry today and are at the forefront of the changing markets. We have great experience in the hard dollar bid market, as a CM/GC partner, and as an EPC contractor. We are proud of our highly skilled field and office staff who have an average longevity with Alder of over 20 years. We also have strong self-perform capabilities and have the skilled crews to self-perform most of the major aspects of our work.

We have spent years establishing our enviable reputation and take pride in establishing strong ties between owners, design teams and Alder's staff. For nearly a half a century Alder Construction has provided quality construction services, while making the construction experience a pleasant event for everyone involved.
ALDER SERVICES
Industrial Construction
In 1961, Alder Construction, completed its first water treatment facility in Bountiful, Utah. The project was a great success and Alder began focusing on water-related infrastructure. Since that time, Alder has gained unprecedented experience and knowledge of water-related infrastructure throughout the Western United States, and it remains our primary focus.

Alder Construction takes pride in our ability to complete construction projects on-time, on-budget and with superior quality. These results stem from the strong emphasis we place on “partnering” with Owners, Engineers, as well as our Subcontractors and Vendors.
Our goal is for all partners to be successful on an Alder project.
Expertise and Resources
When you work with Alder, you get the best. Our management staff has an average longevity with Alder of over 20 years, we’re licensed in most Western States and we have a significant bonding capacity, allowing us to be able to complete almost any size project.
Self-Perform
Alder is a true, self perform contractor. We strive to manage as much of the work as possible with our own forces to better control quality, schedule and costs. Alder self-performs most critical aspects of our projects, including earth work, concrete, yard piping and process piping, process equipment installation and structural and miscellaneous metal work.
